Learn the Basic Strategy
With a dealer hand of 10 or Ace, the player should hit. If you have a nine and the dealer has a three, four, five, or six, double down. Most blackjack betting systems can be categorized as multiplicative, additive or linear. A nine is worth a nine; a five is worth a five, and so on.
In this system, you raise your bet by a fixed amount if you lose and lower it by a fixed amount if you win.
However, if the dealer shows a 4, 5 or 6, the player should stand. If you have a hard twelve and the dealer is showing four, five, or six, stand. In a multi-deck game, up to seven cards can make up a hand (e.g. All other card combinations that is less than or equal to 21 will win even money if the dealer goes bust or has a lower card value.
